College is very expensive yet very important, I think it is very much worth the time and effort and also the money. College is necessary if you would like to be well off in the future it may be an inconvenience to you currently but I suggest college is the right way to go. You will live a better life if you are well off and have attended college. U.S. learning systems are honestly not that great as in Europe, it is much better and less rushed. U.S. also has only few leaning types when there are many different people that don't learn the same way. U.S. leaning systems are not even in the top five honestly. U.S. does provide good opportunities though. College is very important it will benefit your life a lot. College no matter what country it is in, will help your future.

This spring break, i'm kind of sad because its not gonna be sunny and warm like spring break is suppose to be. I think i'm mostly gonna hang with some friends, go to Dallas eat sushi and stuff like that. Also might go to Galveston because i really wanna go to the beach, or Corpus Christi, I think it'd be a fun time. I will probably hang with troy, Jessica, jay, Justin, Jalen and whoever else decides to hang out with us. I'm looking forward to no school and getting to sleep in. I think I will really enjoy this spring break.

1. I think Neil still would've committed suicide even if Mr. Keating hadn't came into his life, because he couldn't stand up to his dad. He also would've choose acting and wouldn't have told his dad and it all would've ended the same way.
2. Bravest would have to be Knox or Todd, Knox is brave the whole movie and he does whatever he wants and says what he feels, Todd is very brave at the end, no one would've done what he did and I think that makes him very brave.
3. I think Mr. Keating put it in the room so that someone would see it and take it into consideration and live by that book and to teach them to do what they say and to seize the day.

I think the overall theme of the movie would be to seize the day, and do what makes you happy. Mr. Keating told them that the first day, and he taught them how to do so throughout the whole story. They all seemed to seize the day one point or another. Todd seized the day on the day that Mr. Keating got fired and stood on top of that desk because its what he believed. Neil Seized the day the day he decided to stop listening to his dad and doing what he wanted most, to act. Also Knox, he probably seized the day the most, he was daring, didn't want to be like anyone else, he was brave. They all seized the day by standing by Mr. Keating the whole story, also by being a part of the dead poets society. Mr. Keating said that they were all gonna die one day so you might as well seize the moment and be you.

1. The character I think changes the most throughout the movie, would have to be Todd, he went from being such a shy kid to standing on a table top in front of everyone.
2. Knox didn't change the whole film, he was daring and didn't wanted to be conformed at all the whole movie, he didn't change.
3. He is changed by the boys and who they become, he is still same person not changed too much but those boys changed his perspective on life.
4. Todd feared not being accepted for he was, so he just didn't talk in front of a lot of people till the end, He was a great poet though. Neil feared his father and his approval, he was very good at hiding his emotions and his pain from everyone, including his father, he was a fun person and was great at acting and he loved it. Knox was scared of being like everyone else, he wanted to be his own person not be just another person in the crowd, he wanted to stand out, he was fearless. I believe all of them overcome their fears in some way.

Katherine Watson's teaching style was very different and "unorthodox" because she didn't play by the schools rules. All of the girls knew all the facts, they just needed to gain an opinion about things, and learn to think for themselves. She did not use text books, she used art and told them they didn't have to like it, they only had to consider it. They began to gain an opinion and understanding that they could do so much more than just be a house wife. She believed in every one of those girls, never gave up on any of them. Her teaching style may have been unorthodox but it helped those girls change their views on women and helped them gain an opinion and realize they have a ot of potintial to do whatever they want.
Betty and Spencer marriage was not a good one, you could tell she wasn't happy, He was never around, never there for her like she needed him to be. I felt like she was only married to him because she felt that she needed a man to help her. Later she realized that she didn't need someone that didn't need her. I also feel like her mother wanted her to marry him more than she ever did. Her mother was very old fashioned, didn't believe in divorce, and she wanted Betty to make the marriage work no matter what. Betty becomes a stronger women at the end and divorces him even without her mothers content.

Teaching styles can be very different from any teacher. In the movie Catherine Watson told her students that sure while facts do matter, your opinion is also a very big part. Opinions are all different, while facts are the same. She made the students think very in depth and have their own opinion. She taught them not to like certain thing, but to just consider the usual or think outside the box. She was a very independent teacher, she had a deep connection with many of her students, not many teachers can do that. The other teacher only mentions facts, facts are all that matters. Basically saying that opinions shouldn't matter, its just facts. This type of teaching doesn't connect to the students, it quite simple puts them in a box. Both teachers had very different outlooks on how teachers should teach and what students should be learning.
I liked watching how the character changed throughout the movie, how they had no thoughts for themselves in the beginning but towards the end they change that. At first they were all set on getting married and doing as their husband says. They had no opinion to yourself. They had no choice, All the women there were controlled by someone, throughout the movie they started gaining an opinion and learning what it took for them to be happy, and not being controlled any longer. The women gained their independence in the movie.

This movie seems like it is trying to show that girls can be smart and can become something great instead of just getting married and that's it. Also that women don't have to depend on men to make money/have careers. The teacher of this girls is showing them to be themselves and help them realize men don't define who they are. That you simple define yourself, man or woman. She is different from all other teachers because she cares for them as well. I think this will be a very inspiring movie.

From what I've heard, college is much harder than high school. Throughout high school, you can procrastinate and not study very hard and still have a passing grade. In college you need to be very organized and have a tight time schedule, due to studying and classes and homework and time for sleeping also. Sleeping is a very important part to high school and college. Sleeping helps you better focus and helps you retained information better. High school and college exams are very different, college has more information and are given less frequently. I would prepare for exams by planning certain times of when I should study, also keep cards with important information (flash cards) and get lots of sleep.
